Data quality: Usability
RURBAN spatial database is supplied in the native format of the systems currently used by the end-users. In Romania, public use GI should be certified by NOCGC (The National Office for Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography) according to specific legal provisions. Basically, NOCGC checks:

  1. the correctness of topographic data
  2. conformance to national security legal provisions
